During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere the hotel provided. the atmosphere was an ideal feel for a holiday stay; the guests, including myself, felt relaxed and at ease. the hotel provided a variety of entertainment options to keep guests engaged, including a decent selection of board games and socializing areas. the hotel's location was ideal as it was near various local seasonal attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing.
the hotel staff was not accommodating and had poor customer-service.

The hotel's location was convenient and accessible to nearby attractions. the room was equipped with basic amenities, but the bathroom was clean and tidy. the breakfast lacked variety and was inadequate for a good start to the day. the staff was helpful at times, but the majority didn't speak English well and were unprofessional.
I cannot recommend this hotel due to the rude behavior of some customers and the unhelpfulness of certain staff members.

We loved this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was spot on. The location was great, and we loved having easy access to transportation. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the variety of food.

The hotel's location is quite convenient as it is located in the heart of the city and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The Wi-Fi signal is also strong throughout the hotel, and there is a bar/lounge where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing.
My experience at the hotel was not great. The staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested in helping us.
